Thank you for choosing Shubhra Financial Solution for your franchise and associated services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for franchise and other fees paid to Shubhra Financial Solution .

*1. Franchise Fee Refund Policy:*

1.1. Franchise fees are non-refundable once the franchise agreement has been signed.

1.2. Any refund requests related to franchise fees must be submitted in writing within 7 day’s from the date of signing the franchise agreement.

1.3. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a review process.

*2. Other Fees Refund Policy:*

2.1. Other fees, such as training fees or administrative charges, may be refundable based on the specific circumstances outlined below.

2.2. Refund requests for other fees must be submitted in writing within 7 day’s from the date of payment.

2.3. Refunds for other fees will be considered under the following circumstances:
– Duplicate payments.
– Overpayment of fees.
– Cancellation of services before the commencement of training or other services.

4.1. To request a refund, the franchisee or individual must submit a written refund request to ceo@shubhrafinance.in.

4.2. Upon receiving the refund request, Shubhra Financial Solution will review the claim within 7 day’s and communicate the decision to the franchisee or individual.

4.3. If the refund request is approved, Shubhra Financial Solution will process the refund using the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 business days to be reflected in the franchisee’s or individual’s account.

*5. Dispute Resolution:*

5.1. If there is a disagreement regarding a refund decision, the franchisee or individual may contact ceo@shubhrafinance.in

*6. Changes to the Refund Policy:*

6.1. Shubhra Financial Solution reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective from the date of publication on our official website.
